JBO games:
Do you know how many runs are allowed to score in the first inning of a Senior National game?
How many players are required to begin a Senior National Game? A Senior American Game? How many to complete the game?
If the coach wants to substitute for a batter that got injured while he was playing defense in the last inning, how can he do that?
Billy shows up 15 minutes late for the start of the game but wants to play. Coach originally had him as the #4 batter in the lineup. How do you handle that?
The first base coach comes to see you between innings and wants to know your strike zone because he doesn't think you are calling the correct zone. What do you tell him?
All Baseball games:
The batter hits the ball to the second baseman. The runner on first, while running in front of the second baseman, kicks the baseball to the short stop, who throws the ball to second base too late to get the runner (who kicked the ball) who slid into the base properly. What's the call?
Runners standing on first and second with 1 out and the batter hits a pop fly to the second baseman who accidentally drops it. While trying to pick up the ball the batter and all runners advance to a base. What's the call?
The batter walks into the batter's box with a wood bat that his dad gave him (dad said it was really lucky bat). Can he use the bat?
The left fielder forgot his glove at home and his friend allowed him to use his first baseman's glove. The opposing coach says that's not right. What do you say?
It's 5:30 pm and raining really hard with a puddle at 3rd base, and the game starts at 6:00pm. Coach says that both teams are here, so he wants to play. What do you tell him at 5:30pm? What might you say differently at 6:00pm?
